Stipend Plan

In the Stipend Plan option, employees can choose from more than 100 plans from multiple providers. Employees are the policy holder, so the employer does not have to worry about the burden of group renewals or the administration of Cobra if an employee decides to leave. 

Hybrid Plan 

The Hybrid Plan is a tax-favorable option that allows employees to choose their carrier. In this plan, employees are the policy holder so the employer does not have to worry about the burden group renewals or the administration of Cobra if an employee decides to leave.
